Formerly known as "Tripp" with the Kentucky based Bowling-Green Shelter. We're hoping this young man will adjust to home living and enjoy the benefits of life in Maryland. What better way then with a great state represented name. Poe, not only in reference to Edger Allen Poe, but to the Baltimore Raven's Mascot (Superbowl Champions!!). 

Poe is Collie Shepherd mix - I'm looking forward to meeting him and hope to train him as a semi-serviceable companion.

We are welcoming Poe into our home this Sunday 4/7/13. We will keep you updated with his progress.
